What is the GMAT Test Prep Course?
Brigham Young University - Idaho is offering a prep class to assist students planning to take the Graduate Management Admission Test (GMAT)® for graduate program admission. This comprehensive review course is designed to provide students with complete preparation for testing including: graduate school application preparation, classroom lessons, practice tests, skill review exercises, a CD-ROM for additional home skill-building and testing practice, and actual pre and post test simulation and evaluation. The classroom lessons are a combination of a review of the GMAT tested skills and concepts, easy-to-difficult problem solving, illustrative problems, and timed quizzes for each GMAT subject including: reading comprehension, sentence completions, discrete quantitative, and analytical writing, optical reasoning, and data sufficiency. All review of substantive concepts and skills, strategies, tips, and explanatory answers are given in class.
When does GMAT Test Prep Course take place?
The next GMAT Test Prep course will be taught in the Fall.
Participation Requirements
Participants of any race, color, creed, and ethnic or national origin are accepted for admission provided they maintain the university standards while on campus. (See BYU-Idaho's Honor Code.) These include modesty in dress and conduct and abstinence from alcohol, tobacco, coffee, tea, and harmful drugs. Prior to registration, applicants with disabilities are invited to discuss the program content and available facilities with the program director.
Cost Information
Course cost is $399. This includes all classroom materials, skill-building and practice test CD-ROM, pre and post practice tests, and evaluations. Payment is due at time of registration.
