Family History Conference: Registration

 

Registration Deadlines

Boise

The Spring Boise Family History Conference is Saturday, April 19, 2008.  The registration deadline is Friday, April 11, 2008. Registrations will not be taken the day of the conference.

  

Register by Mail or Fax or Walk-In

  1. Print the Family History Conference Registration Form (.pdf document) where you would like to attend. (See links to the right). If you have a brochure, you may fill out the application in the brochure.  Registration fee may be paid by check (made out to BYU-Idaho), by cash, or by credit card. Master Card or Visa only. We do not accept American Express or Discover.
  2. Select your 1st, 2nd, and 3rd choice options for workshops in the allotted spaces on the registration form.
  3. Mail, fax, or bring the registration form to:

Refund Policy

A $5 processing fee will be charged on all withdrawals. A refund, less the processing fee, will be made if notification of withdrawal is received by the deadline dates. No refunds will be issued after those dates.
