Registration

Registration for the 2010 Boise Youth Spectacular will take place between February 11 and April 11 (or until registration is full).  Late registration will be extended from April 12 through June 15 if openings are still available.

What is the Boise Youth Spectacular (BYS)?

The Boise Youth Spectacular (BYS) is an engaging three-day testimony-building experience for youth held at the Boise State University (BSU) campus and the BSU LDS Institute of Religion. Workshops, games, a talent show, a dance, and a concert make for three days that the youth will never forget. Devotionals, a morningside, and a wholesome environment make for spiritual experiences that the youth will always remember.

Where and When?

The Boise Youth Spectacular is held at the Boise State University (BSU) campus in Boise, Idaho, from Thursday, July 22, to Saturday, July 24, 2010. The program is administered by BYU-Idaho and is hosted by the Boise State University Institute.

Participation Requirements

Youth ages 14 up to those that will be seniors in high school for fall of 2010 are invited to attend. Those that graduated in 2010 may not register as a participant in the program but are eligible to serve as counselors. All participants must abide by the honor code and dress requirements.

Participation is limited to those who will not miss any portion of the Boise Youth Spectacular.

Cost Information

Discounted Early Registration (February 11 - April 11)

• BYS pass with housing                                     $95
  Includes two nights lodging and all meals

• BYS daytime pass (without housing)             $55
  Includes lunch and dinner on Thursday and Friday

• BYS Evening and Saturday only pass (without housing/meals)                                                   $20
  Includes Thursday and Friday evenings 6:15-9:50 p.m. and Saturday 9-11:30 a.m.

Late Registration: If there are still openings late registration will be allowed through June 15.
