Openings
The opportunity to serve at the Youth Spectacular is open to all young adults who meet the outlined criteria. Sixty (60) counselors and 20 staff members are needed! Please submit your application early.
Counselors
The Boise Youth Spectacular will accommodate 600-800 youth. Youth are divided into groups of ten with one counselor assigned to each group. The counselors spend all of their time with their groups and report directly to their supervisor.

The effective counselor must be diligent and service oriented; he or she must have a genuine desire to help the youth strengthen their testimonies of Jesus Christ and their commitment to live the gospel.
Counselors must be at least eighteen (18) and high school graduates (2010) and no older than 35.
Staff
Staff members are heavily involved in administration of the myriad of duties that make the Youth Spectacular successful. Their duties include registration, food service, crowd control, assisting counselors, and much more.
Staff members must be 18 to 35-years old.
Meals and t-shirts will be provided for the staff.
