| OBJECTIVES: |
To learn how to cook healthy cuisine that is satisfying and appealing. The goal is to become aware of healthy recipes that are delicious, nutritious, and result in pleased customers. The students will demonstrate nutrition knowledge by participating in the preparation and planning of healthy menu items. The students will fill the requirements of ProManagement Certification in Nutrition. |
