Final Registration Steps

If you have completed all the above steps, you have completed your part of the registration process, and your internship will soon appear on your class schedule. Please wait at least 2 business days before contacting the Internship Office for further verification.

These are the remaining steps in the process:

  1. After submitting your Student Agreement, the message is sent via email to your department coordinator for their final approval
  2. Once the coordinator approves your request, it is sent back to the Internship Office
  3. The Internship Office will register you for the course.

Items affecting your registration could include:

  1. Your department coordinator has not checked their email (they could be off campus, especially during the summer semester)
  2. Accounting restrictions on your file (past due debts, fines, etc)
  3. Advising restrictions
  4. Current Bishop's Endorsement not on file (even though you may be leaving campus for your internship, because you are registered for the internship course you still need the endorsement on file.)
    • Note: Questions regarding the continuing educational endorsement should be directed to the Dean of Students' Offices
  5. Other academic restrictions

If all the above steps are complete, you believe you have no restrictions on your file, and you are still not registered within 2 business days, you may contact the Internship Office for further information on the cause of the delay.
