Registration Process - Paperwork Trail Help
- Check your email for your Student Agreement
- Once the preliminary registration steps are completed, you will receive an email with a link to your "Student Agreement". This is an online form to which you will add more details about your coming experience.
- The email will be sent to your student email account. Because this is an automated process, we are not able to send it to any other email address.
- If you have not received the student agreement via email within 48 hours of completing the preliminary steps, please contact us for more information on possible delays.
- Fill out the information on the Student Agreement
- This is your opportunity to give more complete information than could be included on your initial paperwork. You should fill this out as completely as possible.
- The form will not submit if a field is left blank - if you do not know a piece of information (the address where you'll be staying, for example), you may enter "unknown at this time" into the box. Once you know the missing piece of information, please contact our office to let us know.
- One reason we need such information is in case of emergency, this is your opportunity to let us know how to get in touch with you.
- If you receive an error message when submitting the form, please be sure to check each field carefully. If you are missing information, or if the information is not formatted correctly (dates, for example), you will get an error.
- If you just can't seem to get the form to submit, please print the filled-out form and bring it to the internship office - or call us and we'll help you.
- Read through the "Intern Responsibilities"
- Really, read them. We all know that very few people actually read the contracts they sign - but here's your chance. Did you know you have to have special permission to work another job while serving your internship? That's the kind of thing you'll find in the list. Go on, it only takes a minute and is pretty painless, we promise.
- Enter your initials at the bottom (your signature)
- Your initials are your confirmation that you've entered the details of your experience accurately and completely, and that you have actually read the responsibilities and agree to them.
- Now that you're indicating you agree, if you haven't read the responsibilities, now is the time. If anything should happen, you don't want to have to admit you didn't read them.
- Click "I Accept"
- That's it, just click on the button when you're ready.
