Elder Driggs - was born in Evanston, Illinois and raised in Fresno, California. He served a mission in the Southern States, and received a Masters Degree in Public Administration from BYU. He worked for 40 years in local government in California and Arizona, the last 15 years as the Executive Director of Valley Metro/Regional Public Transportation Authority for the Phoenix area. His Church service has included Bishop, High Councilor, Elders Quorum President, and Director of Public Affairs for the Phoenix Area. He has also served on the Board of Directors for the BYU Alumni Association, the Arizona Transit Association, Rotary Club of Phoenix, the Arizona Club, and the Arizona Rail Passenger Association.

Sister Driggs - was born in Huntington Park, California, and raised in Phoenix, Arizona. She received a Bachelors Degree in Sociology from BYU, and has some part-time clerical experience with Allstate Insurance and retail customer service with a home décor store. She loved being a stay at home mom during her married life, and she and Elder Driggs raised 6 children (now 15 grandchildren and counting), and have a home in Mesa, Arizona. Her Church service has included Stake Young Women’s President and Ward Relief Society President and she currently serves as Stake Public Information Coordinator.
