Elder Gerald Williams was born and raised just outside of Park City, UT in Wanship. He got his J.D. degree (Doctor of Law) from the University of Utah. His experience includes work on a general counsel for the Del Webb Company for about 12 years before he formed and became President of Mariah Properties. Mariah Properties is a shopping center and commercial building developer. He has lived in Arizona for about 25 years and has a small horse ranch.
