Steve & Sue Halgren
Steve and Sue Halgren live in Broomfield, Colorado and have lived in the Denver metro area for the past 37 years. Since Steve grew up in western Montana, and Sue grew up living in many different states, they may not have met anywhere but at a BYU singles ward. They were married in the Salt Lake Temple and raised four children while living in the Denver area.
Steve has served as a high councilor, bishopric counselor, HP group leader, EQ president, and Young Men president. Steve enjoys fishing, hiking, and attending BYU football games. Sue has been blessed to serve as the Primary chorister several times, has served in Young Women for many years including many fun trips to girls’ camp, as a Relief Society president, and is currently a Sunday School teacher. She also likes to oil paint, vegetable garden, and loves to get outside and walk or hike.
Steve is the founder of an automotive warranty administration business with a call center in Colorado, and Sue is working as a high school secretary. Steve is an alumnus of Ricks College, and two of Steve and Sue’s children graduated from BYUI. They are excited to work for students, helping them achieve their educational goals.
