Climb to better health

To date the Wellness Committee has had a good response for the "Climb The Grand Teton" challenge program. Just a reminder that we are forming teams across campus who will exercise between January 18-April 9, 1999. Each minute of exercise (at a given rate) will count a foot in "climbing the Teton.

This will not be a difficult thing to do, only around 39 minutes three times per week. There will be ten members per team so we can all benefit from the team support. If you did not see the sheet (orange) in last week's "R News and Notes" then please call Larry Wickham at ext. 1040 and ask for one. Also, if you need a team roster sheet to list your team members then call the same phone number.

Now is a good time to form your team before we all depart for the holidays. The Wellness Committee can also assist you if you want to be on a team but don't know who to ask. It promises to be a fun and rewarding time.
