Phil GrayPHIL GRAY is Senior Vice President of Worldwide Real Estate Development and Architecture, Construction & Restaurant Design for McDonald’s. During his tenure as Vice President of the Chicago Region, it became one of the leading business units in the U.S. Previously as Senior Vice President and General Manager of McOpCo, Mr. Gray was responsible for 807 restaurants. He is our campus Forum Speaker at 2 p.m. in the Hart Auditorium.

Tim CottrellTIM COTTRELL is the Vice President of Tax for CEMEX, one of Latin America's most respected companies. Mr. Cottrell manages a staff of 70 tax professionals. He oversees diverse international tax issues and supervises multilateral and individual country dispute resolution and a high volume of merger and acquisition activity, which has contributed to elevating CEMEX from sales of $4 billion to $18 billion in six years.

Eric L. DennaERIC DENNA is Managing Director of the Priesthood Department of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. He began his professional career as an EDP auditor and consultant at Ernst & Whinney. After completing his Ph.D. as the Coopers & Lybrand Doctoral Scholar, he worked in their Global Artificial Intelligence practice in New York City as a LISP programmer. As a researcher and consultant to several organizations including IBM, The State of Washington, Price Waterhouse, Ernst & Young, Sears, Geneva Steel, and Scott Paper, Brother Denna has written several books and papers on technology and its use in organizations.

Ezekiel SanchezEZEKIEL SANCHEZ is the cofounder the ANASAZI Foundation and developer of the ANASAZI Way philosophy that today is recognized as a successful approach to heal young people's hearts and re-establish harmony with their families. A gifted teacher, Mr. Sanchez developed programs for Navajo youth. Mr. Sanchez has served on the American Indian Board in Provo, Utah, as BYU Advisor to Native American Students; and for the past 30 years, he has served as Alumni President of the Lamanite Generation/Living Legends.

Karl SweenyKARL SWEENEY is Senior Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer for Marriott Vacation Club International (MVCI). He is responsible for Human Resources, Information Resources, Law and Business Process/Balanced Scorecard Management. He joined Marriott in 1987 and held various management positions in accounting and internal audit. In 1997 he became Controller for MCVI and later served as CFO. He is a Certified Public Accountant.

Winston WilkinsonWINSTON WILKINSON is an Investment Banker Consultant on Mergers and Acquisitions for Thomas Weisel Partners LLC. Prior to joining Thomas Weisel, Brother Wilkinson was a member of Merrill Lynch’s Mergers & Acquisitions Group and its Gaming, Leisure, and Transportation practice. He was also an investment banking analyst in Deutsche Bank’s Latin America Investment Banking.
