BYU-Idaho's Learning Model inspired the design of the newest building on campus. Completed in 2016, it houses four departments: Animal and Food Science, Applied Plant Science, Computer Information Technology, and Computer Science & Electrical Engineering.
- The building's square footage is 106,008.
- The building has 26 skylights. They will provide natural light to spaces which lack exterior windows.
- The building also has 51 faculty offices, 23 classrooms, 18 lab spaces, 2 conference rooms, 12 restrooms, 9 telecommunication rooms, 5 student study rooms, and 33 miles of electrical wire.
- It is campus's most energy efficient building.
