Surplus Items

The Moving Department is responsible for picking up all surplus items on campus. Once the Relief of Accountability forms have been turned into the Purchasing Department identification tags are sent to specific departments. The Moving Crew will be scheduled to move all tagged surplus items once the item have been tagged. It is important that the tags need to be placed on each item for surplus. Only tagged items will be moved unless other arrangements have been made through the Surplus Sales/Purchasing Department.
