Surplus Items
The Moving Department is responsible for collecting all surplus items on campus. Once the Relief of Accountability forms have been turned into the Purchasing Department identification tags are sent for the purpose of taging the materials to be picked up. The Moving Crew will then schedule to move all tagged surplus items. It is important the tags be placed in a conspicuous location on each surplus item. Only tagged items will be moved unless other arrangements have been made through the Surplus Sales/Purchasing Department.
