The Automotive Department offers the following degrees:
A.A.S. in Automotive Technology (346)
This is an Associate of Applied Science ( Two year) Degree in automotive service and repair. This degree prorgam prepares graduates to work as a service technicians. This program is offered Fall/Winter and Winter/Summer tracks.
B.S. in Automotive Technology with minor in Business Management (411)
This is a new degree available to all automotive students beginning Fall 07. Graduates in this program are prepared for management positions in the automotive industry. It is highly recommended that majors first get some technical experience before applying for managment opportunities.
This program is offered Fall/Winter and Winter/Summer tracks. The required business classes, however, are offered on all three tracks. Majors must apply for and complete the Business Departments IBC coursework.
