Young Alumni Association

The Young Alumni Association is for all BYU-Idaho/Ricks College alumni who have graduated or attended within the past 10 years.  This new association was formed in December of 2003 and is led by Riana Jevne of Rexburg, Idaho.

Mission Statement

The mission of BYU-Idaho Young Alumni Association is:

• To sponsor and participate in events that benefit the community, the University, and University Students

• To establish meaningful relationships between other young alumni, student alumni, alumni and Emeriti and the university community.

• Serve as ambassadors who reflect the "Spirit of Ricks and the values of the Church.

There are currently over 80,000 young alumni, which makes up nearly 60% of our total alumni population.  

The Young Alumni Association will assist in our mentoring program, job placement, Alumni Connections, reunions, the Student and Alumni Advancement Network, and other activities.  They will also be involved in collecting nominations and recognizing our annual Outstanding Young Alumni awardees.
