BYU-Idaho Alumni Association's Groups, Councils, and Associations
The strength of our Alumni Association comes from our alumni and student volunteers who donate their time and talents in supporting BYU-Idaho and helping in our mission of preserving and enhancing the 'Spirit of Ricks.'
Here are the current associations and groups.
- BYU-Idaho Ambassadors are alumni and others who represent BYU-Idaho in their local LDS stakes.
- The Alumni Council helps direct and guide all activities of the Alumni Association, including all communication, events, benefits, and alumni awards.
- The Emeriti Alumni Association includes all who attended or graduated over 50 years ago, as well as retired faculty, staff, and administrators. This group offers an association and ongoing relationship with Brigham Young University - Idaho.
-
The BYU-Idaho Student and Alumni Advancement Networkis a group of current students and alumni who care deeply about the mission and legacy of BYU-Idaho. Members of the network support BYU-Idaho events, assist Alumni Ambassadors, serve as mentors, and help with career and social networking. Most important, these students and alumni teach by precept and example the mission and value of BYU-Idaho.
- The Student Alumni Association (SAA) are current BYU-Idaho students who help strengthen the links between past, present and future students.
- The Young Alumni Association includes all alumni who have graduated or attended within the past 10 years. The Young Alumni Council helps establish meaningful relationships between other young alumni, student alumni, alumni, and the Emeritus Club.
