Alumni Mentor Form

The BYU-Idaho Career and Academic Advising Office is seeking alumni who are willing to help current student as Alumni Mentors. Alumni Mentors agree to provide important career and educational advice, particularly for students enrolled in the Career Explorations course. By completing the form below, you will provide the university with your basic contact information, along with the career area(s) you would feel comfortable in advising students. We realize many alumni have expertise in more than their current occupation and we have provided two input boxes for career areas. Most interaction will be a simple phone call or e-mail from students seeking counsel. Alumni mentors can also be valuable resources for internships and placement.
