Randy Garn and Ethan Willis

Randy Garn '98

Randy Garn is the co-founder and President of Prosper, Inc., a thriving company in the areas of direct-to-consumer marketing and training in real estate investing, small business/entrepreneur education, e-commerce, Internet development, and stock investing.  He co-founded this with the other Young Alumni honoree, Ethan Willis.  Randy was recently named Utah Entrepreneur of the Year and was a finalist for National Entrepreneur of the year. While at Ricks College, Randy served as the Student Body President.  He and his wife Charlotte currently represent BYU-Idaho as Alumni Ambassadors in American Fork, Utah.   Randy and Charlotte have two daughters.

Ethan Willis '02

Ethan Willis is the co-founder and CEO / Chairman of Prosper Holdings.  His partner in this enterprise is Randy Garn, also recognized with an alumni award.  Ethan was recently named Utah Entrepreneur of the Year and was a finalist for National Entrepreneur of the year. He was also named businessman of the year in 2006 by NRCC.  He has pioneered the distance education training for over 35,000 entrepreneurs in 73 countries.  Ethan has developed and delivered curriculum for several well know business leaders and companies.  Ethan is the author of the best selling book The One Minute Entrepreneur.  Ethan and Ashley Willis are the parents of three children.
