Distinguished Alumni Award for Outstanding Service

Kathryn Gourley Robinson '98

Kathryn currently works as a licensed clinical social worker at the American Fork Hospital.   While at Ricks College Kathryn started what has turned into nearly a decade of volunteer service when she participated in the Chicago Urban Discovery Program.  Since then she has selflessly volunteered her time in such places as South Africa, Zimbabwe, Zambia, the Philippines, Cambodia, and here in the United States.  She is presently a Volunteer Team Leader for Mothers Without Borders for Zambia. Her current efforts include preparing volunteers for travel to Zambia to provide services for vulnerable and orphaned children.   Most of her service efforts have blessed young people, children, and orphans in these countries.  She was married this past summer to Jon Robinson.
