Student Activities - Who We Are

Teaching, motivating and training our fellow students how to live a healthy lifestyle; it's what we're all about.

Fitness Activities is a student-led organization within Student Activities with the purpose of helping students reach their health, fitness and wellness goals. Fitness Activities offers several different areas of services and opportunities such as fitness classes (Zumba and Yoga anyone?), fitness consultants, nutrition coaches, fitness events, and so much more.

In addition, if you've ever wanted to help make a difference in someone's life through health and fitness then stop by the Student Activities Office across from the University bookstore in the Manwaring Center to learn about opportunities to get involved!
