Run: 3 miles
Bike:  12 Miles
Swim: 600 m. (12 laps)
***Sign up at the fitnness center desk for your start time***


WHAT DO I NEED TO DO THE DAY OF THE RACE?

PLACE: Meet at the pool in the Hart Building 15 min prior to your start time.

- Bikes are provided as this portion will be on a stationary bike in the Fitness Center.

- Swim in the indoor pool in the Hart building
(Bring your own modest swim suit)
