You have a whole month to complete the challenge!


Run 26 miles.
Bike 112 miles.
Swim 2.4 miles.


During the month of June you will track your workouts until you have completed the lazyman. (Tracking will be done on a personal card that will be located in the gym.)

This workout is great for an individual or with a group of friends

Dates : June 1 - June 29
If you are in the top 100 finishers you will get a FREE T-shirt. Pick it up at M.C 101. The first week in July. Pick it up at M.C. 101
