Lazy Man Iron Man

Ironman with a Twist

You have a whole month to complete the challenge!

Run 26 miles.
Bike 112 miles.
Swim 2.4 miles.

During the month of November you will track your workouts until you have completed the Lazy Man. Tracking will be done on a personal card that will be located in the BYU-Idaho Fitness Center.

This workout is great for an individual or it can be completed with a group of friends.

Dates : February  1st  - February 28th
If you are in the top 100 finishers you will get a FREE T-shirt. Pick it up at MC 101 March 10.
