Join us Monday - Friday during the noon hour (11:40 - 12:20) Everyone welcome, work at your own fitness level.

Mon / Wed is Cardio Training meet in the Fitness Center
Tuesday / Thursday is Strength Training in Hart 234
Friday choose Yoga or work in groups (such as walking or running groups) meet in Hart 234

For Employees & Spouses Classes will offer a variety of fitness options including cycling, strength training, boot camp, step, yoga, walking, running and more. All levels of fitness are welcome. You can work at your own fitness level. We adjust the workout for YOU.


Please meet in Hart 234. Come dressed in the Hart issue clothing or the issue shirt and your own pants. Invite a co-worker to join you. We have found that commitment and consistency is the key and the buddy system works.
