Requirements:

  • Participate in 1 Wellness Activities Evening Fitness Class Per Week.
  • Exercise 3 hours/week for 9 weeks.
  • Attend one Wellness Workshop.
  • Record your progress online.

    Receive a free fitness T-Shirt for completing the challenge.
