Be a BIGGEST WINNER Contestant. This program blesses lives and helps to develop a healthy lifestyle. We will help you reach your wellness goals. Fall semester is full and we are taking applications for Winter 2016. Calendar will be posted soon.

There is a $45.00 participate fee (charged to your I-Card, nonrefundable) to participate in the program.
 
If you have been in the program in the past you will be put on a waiting list and contacted if you make the cut. We would encourage you to join the Fit4Life program. Applications are due anytime throughout the semester until the program fills up!

The Fit for Life program is designed for any student, student spouse, or faculty member regardless of their age and fitness level. The Fit for Life Program allows individuals to achieve their own personal fitness goals in a fun and encouraging environment.​

Sign up at the Wellness Center (Hart 152). There is a 25.00 charge (non refundable) that will be charged to your I Card.

Fit for Life starts: We will accept applications anytime throughout the semester if there are open spots.

Closing Social: March 30, 6-7 Hinckley Gym. Individual awards will be presented to those that finish the program.

You will attend weekly nutrition appointments and meet with a trainer on a weekly basis to help you reach your goals.

Teaching, motivating and training our fellow students how to live a healthy lifestyle; it's what we're all about.

Wellness Activities is a student-led organization within Student Activities with the purpose of helping students reach their health, fitness and wellness goals. Wellness Activities offers several different areas of services and opportunities such as fitness classes (Zumba and Yoga anyone?), personal trainers, nutrition coaches, fitness events, and so much more....

In addition, if you've ever wanted to help make a difference in someone's life through health and fitness then stop by the Student Activities Office across from the bookstore to learn about opportunities to get involved!
