Participation Requirements:
All participants must have an IM Leagues account and complete the participation forms to become eligible to try out for any sport.
The forms can be found here you must complete all of the forms within 24 hours.

For Tryouts you will be getting into the water. Please wear a BYU-I approved swim suit.
Men: Jammers or trunks
Women: Modest one piece swim suit
Knowing how to swim is a must, but other than that we are willing to teach you how to play the great sport of water polo! All levels of experience are welcome!
Before you can tryout please fill out the required questionnaires which can be found here .

Practice Times
This is a competitive sport so you will have practice two times a week for an hour and then games on Fridays or Saturdays. Practices are scheduled to occur between the hours of 3pm-6pm Monday-Thursday. Specific times will depend on the team in which you are drafted. We are more than willing to work with school/work schedules.
Specific practices times for each team will be posted once the season begins.
Costs
$15 Participation fee for MEN and WOMEN
Issue Clothing
Participants may wear their own clothing for practice outdoors.
Indoor practices must use the BYU-Idaho Issue clothing. For us this means BYU-I approved swim suits as explained above.
Shirt/Suit pick up date will be notified by coach
Coaching
Men will have the opportunity to coach a women's team and play concurrently on a men's team if they so wish. Men also have the option to participate as an Assistant Coach on a men's team and play.
Women will have the opportunity to coach a men's team and play concurrently on a women's team. Women also have the option to participate as an Assistant Coach on a women's team and play.

Rules-- Modifications
We will be using updated High School Water polo rules.
Red/Yellow card. We have yellow cards for fouls and yellow cards for sportsmanship misconduct. A point will be given for misconducts in sportsmanship for both yellow and red.
