This is a competitive sport so you will have practice two times a week for an hour and then games on Fridays or Saturdays. Practices are scheduled to occur between the hours of 3pm-6pm Monday-Thursday. Specific times will depend on the team in which you are drafted. We are more than willing to work with school/work schedules.

Specific practices times for each team will be posted once the season begins.
