Fit for Life
The Fit for Life program is designed for any student, student spouse, or faculty member regardless of their age and fitness level. The Fit for Life Program allows individuals to achieve their personal fitness goals in a fun and encouraging environment.
You will attend weekly nutrition appointments and meet with a trainer on a weekly basis to help you reach your goals....
