Experience the Henrys Fork River on a stand up paddle board. Stand Up Paddle boards are like giant surf boards that you paddle while standing. It requires some balance and can be a great work out or a leisurely float down the river. A new way to play on the river or lake.

Boats, life jackets, paddles, wetsuits (if needed) and transportation are provided. You should come dressed in modest shorts or swim wear that can get wet and bring a change of clothes and a towel for after the activity. You must wear shoes or a river sandal that stay on your feet in the water. Flip Flops are not appropriate. Snacks and Water would be great to bring for after the activity.
The majority of these trips are designed to be short in nature and fun. Most trips will be back to Rexburg early in the evening. SUP is one of the fastest growing watersports in the industry. Come find out why.
