Hart Auxiliary Gym

Don't let your archery skills get rusty. The Hart Auxiliary Gym will be open on Saturday evenings starting April 29 from 7PM-8:30PM for all persons to shoot.  All equipment is provided (recurve bows), however you will need to purchase a ticket at the ticket office or online.  

Your archery adventure starts here, all that is needed is you.  

Remember, all archery adventures are for current BYUI students and their spouses.  

If archers bring their own equipment, then the following rules apply.

If archers are bringing their own equipment, they must follow the guidelines below. 

  • If personal bows are to be used at an archery clinic or competition, archers must transport bows in a case or sleeve.  The case or sleeve should be securely closed at all times until at the target facility in the designated area. 
  • All personal bows should be transported from the nearest parking lot directly to the target facility and not transported across campus.
  • Bows are not permitted in any other building than in the designated target facility.         
  • All arrows should be stored and transported in a case or tube while on campus until at the designated target facility.
  • No bows shall be discharged at any campus location other than at the target facility in the designated area.        
  • Once at the designated facility, all archers must comply with campus rules and guidelines for discharging a bow.  
  • Additionally, archers must follow the designated range masters commands and instructions at all times while at the target facility.
  • The designated target facility may not be used unless an authorized range master is present.          
  • If archers do not comply with the guidelines above, all archery privileges will be revoked.
