Need help setting up your courses in I-Learn?
We can either teach you how to set up your courses in I-Learn through hands-on training, or we can save you time by doing it for you. Some instructors prefer setting things up by themselves so they can ultimately understand how to do so in the future. Others want to save time by having us do it. We're OK either way. Our goal is to make your life easier.
Need quick hands-on help using I-Learn?
An I-Learn Services Representative (ISR) is assigned to each academic department on campus. ISRs are student employees who are experienced with the ins and outs of I-Learn. They are here to help you and your TAs get up to speed with I-Learn.
Need training for software applications?
We can arrange for individual, group, or department training sessions customized to your interests and needs. The Faculty Technology Center is the place for all your technology training needs. We can train faculty to use technology or we can simply give them a finished product. We offer services for most campus technologies. Faculty members can either walk in to MCK 355 any time between 8am and 6pm or call us at x7230 to receive phone help or to request an office visit from your I-Learn Services Representative (ISR). Our student employees are always ready to help.
