Evaluations are completed in Career Navigator.
Once you have logged in, click on "internships" in the Quick Links menu.
Your intern should be on the next page, with an "evaluate student" button.
- From the internship page, click the "clear" button to see if the evaluation appears.
- Internship Link Doesn't Work - if clicking the internship link doesn't work or simply refreshes your screen, we apologize, this is a simple setting in our system. Please notify our office, and we can correct this issue quickly.
- Supervisor - evaluations are linked to the supervisor that the student listed on their paperwork. Perhaps another person hired the intern, but you are supervising them. We can check to see who is the supervisor of record, and make any necessary corrections.
- End Date - the evaluation is scheduled to open two weeks prior to the end date of the experience. It could be that the student indicated a later end date, so the evaluation does not appear yet. You should receive an email when the evaluation opens. If you haven't received the email yet, this could be the issue. We can check the dates of the experience, and make any necessary corrections.
Evaluations are not shared with the student, unless you indicate permission on the evaluation.
