General Education Director


Education and Academic Profession

Greg Klingler serves as the General Education Director. He came to BYU-Idaho in 2009 to teach Public Health. Greg has chaired or served on several departmental and university committees as well as the Medical Assistant Program Director and the Associate Dean for Curriculum in the College of Agriculture and Life Science. Greg earned a Bachelor of Health Science from Brigham Young University-Idaho, a Master of Physician Assistant Studies from the University of St. Francis and Doctorate of Health Sciences from A.T. Still University.

Other Professional Work

Prior to coming to this University, Greg worked as Physician Assistant at the Tri-Cities Community Health in Pasco, Washington primarily serving the medically underserved population. He is active in the community and currently serves on the Board of Rexburg Free Clinic where he volunteers as a medical provider.
