"The call to be a disciple-leader is a call to minister and to serve.  It is a call to lead as Christ leads.  It is leadership with a small "L"-the kind of leadership that builds and lifts and inspires through kindness and love and unselfish devotion to the Lord and His work.  It is the kind of leadership that we need at every level of every kind of organization in the world "

Student Ambassadors are encouraged to participate in the program for the full duration of their time at BYU-Idaho. Upon graduating, Student Ambassadors are invited to continue working with prospective students as Alumni Ambassadors.  However, every student at BYU-Idaho can be an ambassador. Contact us at admambassador@byui.edu to find out how.

Leadership structure:

The ambassadors program is a student run organization with one advisor. There are three directors who monitor the health of the program and organize with the coordinators to move the program foreword. There are five coordinators who are specifically responsible coordinating the task forces. Task forces are student led groups within the program that carry out specific tasks. There are a wide variety of task forces to participate and members are encouraged to be involved in as many as their time schedules permit.
