SIFE (Students In Free Enterprise) is a global, non-profit organization active in over 40 countries. Students in SIFE help teach and promote entrepreneurship, business ethics, market economics, and financial and personal success skills.
SIFE projects are a great opportunity to gain valuable knowledge and job skills through projects organized to benefit fellow students and local communities. Many student members also benefit from SIFE by acquiring interships and career opportunities from SIFE donor companies.

History
The BYU-Idaho (then Ricks College) SIFE team started an impressive legacy of exemplary achievement in 2000 by finishing among the top 8 (2-year division) teams in the country and being selected as rookie team of the year. BYU-Idaho SIFE teams have continued the traditon of excellence ever since, claiming the title of Regional Champions every year and finishing in the top 16 teams (4-year division) twice at national competitons.
