Research Papers and Scholarships

Write a research paper, produce a PowerPoint (or Impress) presentation, and present it to the society and you will be considered for a scholarship given away every semester (award amounts are dependant open merit and budget). Both the research paper and the presentation must be submitted to the secretary or webmaster to be posted on the site. A research paper (following proper research guidelines) is considered undergraduate research and carries merit on a resume, not to mention a great way to get free money for school.

Email the Project Manager to schedule a presentation and for help producing your paper.

Research Paper Guidelines

Please email your research paper (following proper research style format) in Adobe PDF format to the Webmaster or Secretary before you present, so that the society can have it as a resource when you present. Also include any presentation files you may use. Please include your first initial, last name, and topic in the files.

(eg. JSchmidt_mythtv.pdf or JSchmidt_mythtv.ppt).
