2. Push Red Button
3. Wait for police dispatcher to answer, then talk
Warning: Emergency Phones are for reporting crimes, suspicious
activities, medical emergencies, traffic accidents, etc. The phone rings directly
into the University Police Communications Center. When the red button is pushed, the campus
police dispatcher immediately knows the location of the phone that was activated and will
dispatch a police officer.
Misuse of emergency phones is a criminal offense.
