BYU-Idaho devotionals now airing weekly

on BYU Television

Weekly campus devotionals at Brigham Young University-Idaho are now available to television viewers around the world on a regular basis, thanks to a new permanent timeslot on BYU Television.

BYU-Idaho devotionals now air on BYU Television each Sunday at 10:00 a.m. Mountain Time. Viewers can tune in to see inspirational messages from a variety of speakers, including General Authorities and other leaders of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, BYU-Idaho faculty and staff, and other educators and administrators.

The devotional broadcasts are a joint production of BYU-Idaho A/V Productions and University Communications. Student employees work side-by-side with professional staff to produce each week's broadcast.

"BYU-Idaho is grateful for the resources of BYU Television, which allow us to share our weekly devotionals with a worldwide audience," said Merv Brown, manager of University Communications. "Devotionals are integral to the BYU-Idaho experience. We hope these powerful gospel messages will be enjoyed by BYU Television viewers everywhere."

BYU Television's mix of educational and religious content has a global reach, including some 40 million homes in the United States. The channel carries programming from The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, the campuses of BYU, BYU-Idaho, and BYU-Hawaii, and other producers.
