The Brigham Young University-Idaho Activities Leadership group is sponsoring four leadership workshops starting Thursday, October 27 at 2 p.m. The other three workshops will be held on November 3, November 10 and November 17.

The theme of this workshop series is “Here We Stand, Keeping Yourself on the High Road of Life”. The October 27 workshop, “Firm in Testimony”, will be held at 2 p.m. in the Manwaring Center East Ballroom. The November 3 workshop entitled “Living the Gospel with Passion” will be held at 2 p.m. in the Manwaring Center East Ballroom. The workshop on November 10, “Degree of Integrity”, is scheduled for 2 p.m. in Manwaring Center Room 318. The final workshop, “Stand Tall”, will be held on November 17 at 2 p.m. in the MC East Ballroom.

“These leadership workshops will help students better develop their teaching skills and better understand the teaching process,” Chris Morales, student director of the leadership workshops said. “For the students who take part, it gives them an opportunity to learn from each other. They can see each other as teachers.”

Students who are interested in the workshops do not need to sign up, but should just attend on the designated dates. Any questions about the leadership workshops can be directed to Van Crawford at 496-2598.
