    The BYU-Idaho Music Department to present Harvest Choirfest

    The Brigham Young University-Idaho Music Department will perform Harvest Choirfest on Friday, October 21 in the Barrus Concert Hall. Two shows will be presented, one at 6 p.m. and another at 8:30 p.m.

    The shows will include the BYU-Idaho Men’s Choir directed by Randall Kempton, the BYU-Idaho Women’s Choir directed by Kevin Brower and the BYU-Idaho Vocal Union Choir directed by Nori Brower. The choirs will provide a wide variety of music, including folk songs, hymns, vocal jazz, rock-a-pella and a wide variety of moods of music. The choirs will also combine in an encore performance of “Praise to the Lord, the Almighty” as heard at the inauguration of President Kim B. Clark.

    Tickets for these events will cost $2 for non-students and $1 for students. The shows are FA 100 choral events.
