    BYU-Idaho Music Department to hold
    piano ensemble recital

    Brigham Young University-Idaho Music Department students will perform a piano ensemble recital on Wednesday, October 19 beginning at 7:30 p.m. in the Barrus Concert Hall.

    The recital features piano duets (two performers at a single piano), two piano selections (two performers at two pianos), a selection for four pianists called Champagne Toccata and a selection for five pianists called In the Hall of Mountain King. The recital will also include sounds from Mozart’s Music for a Mechanical Clock scored for two pianos to Gershwin’s I Got Rhythm.

    This event is free to the public.
