Enrollment Packet for Military Science Classes

If you're interested in learning more about the Army ROTC, register for one of the Basic Courses. You'll need to fill out some paperwork and bring it to the first day of class.

Click on the link located at the at the end of these instructions to download an Adobe .PDF file. Print out the .PDF and bring it to the first day of class.

The purpose of the packet is to prepare you for participation in the ROTC Program at BYU-Idaho. Completing the forms DOES NOT COMMIT or obligate you to ANY kind of military service. Additionally, absolutely NO background investigations will be conducted.

You will also need to bring a certified copy of your birth certificate or other proof of U.S. citizenship (i.e., passport, Certificate of Naturalization, etc.)
