Student Help Desk
The Help Desk will serve the technical needs of students. Service on laptops will include: connecting to the wireless network, assistance installing software, diagnostic services, virus protection, and many others.
The Help Desk will provide warranty service for "recommended" laptops that are under warranty with the campus agreement.
Desktop problems can be diagnosed over the phone or they can be brought to the Help Desk.
The Help Desk is located in the basement of the David O. McKay Library.
