What is the difference between a Ticket and a Project Request?

  • A Ticket is where all requests originate, but small projects, called Maintenance projects, are completed on the Ticket.  Large Projects are converted by IT into Project Requests.  A Large Project Request must be approved by the President's Executive Group (PEG) because it requires significant resources to complete.
