How to open Wi-Fi with your Smart Phone

 

• If your home screen has an option for "Wi-Fi" select it to open "Comm Manager".

 

•   Select nr three, the wireless tower.

 

 

•   Select "Settings" and then select "WLAN Setting". Watch for the tower wireless sign in your phone to see if it is opening or if it is searching.

 

•   From the "WLAN Settings" select "Wi-Fi"

 

•   If you are around BYUI's campus than select "BYUI"

  

• Click "Next"

 

• In the option list of "Authentication" write WPA2, and mark the box that says "The key is automatically provided". Click "Next"

 

• Mark the box. Select the "PEAP" option and then click "Finish".

 

•    Write your "User name" and "Password" as you were to login into your BYU-I employee account. The domain is "byui".   Watch how the wireless tower has a signal display
