Faculty Entourage Set-up with Campus Email

Open up your version of Entourage, and when the screen open click on the word "Entourage" to open the menu and select "Account Settings..." (as shown below).

When the box opens you will then click on the name Badge and Select the "Exchange"option (as shown Below).

Once this is open you will enter in your email address with the school and click the next arrow.

It will then ask you for some information, you will enter "byui" as the domain, and then enter your Net ID and password.

This when then try to verify that your account exist let it go through its process and eventually you will see a screen confirming the success. Once this is complete hit the arrow to continue.

On the next box it will show you a list of fields already completed, double check the Your Name field and the E-mail address field to ensure they are correct, and then hit the arrow to continue.

The next step is simple you will simple click the Verify My Settings and allow it to go through its check, and hopefully you will see something like the second picture, at which you will click the arrow and continue. If this does not work please seek assistance from someone.

When you see this screen you are finished, just enter in the name you would like to call this account and then hit the Finish button and you have access to your Email, Enjoy!
