How to see what is taking your space on BYU-I email
Open outlook 2007
Click on “Tools” and from the drop down list select “Mailbox Cleanup….”
By clicking on the “View Mailbox Size…” you can see what is taking up your space. You also have an option to look directly for the big emails by clicking the “Find items larger than…” Specify a date or a size.
Here is an example of what is in your mailbox by clicking “View Mailbox Size…”
Or you can just right click on “Arranged By:” and from the drop down list select size. Outlook will arrange the email by size.
You can also expand the outlook inbox by dragging the line to the right. Once the page is big enough the size will come up and you can see which emails are big.
Here is how to view your mailbox size from BYU-I web page. You login to your my.byui.edu, then go to email, and on the top right corner click on “Size and emails will be arranged by size.
