Graduation Checklist

Getting Ready For Graduation

• Meet with your college satellite advising center.
• Determine whether or not you will be marching at graduation as part of the graduation application process.
• Apply for graduation.
• Watch for graduation e-mails and review the information so you will be ready for graduation.
• Order graduation announcement and other memorabilia (linked).
• Participate in Grad Fair during the semester you will graduate.
• Attend Grad Night during the semester you will graduate.
• Purchase tickets to the graduation banquet for you and your family (linked?).
• Pick up Commencement tickets for your family and guests (linked?).
• Determine where your Convocation will be held (location and time).

Graduation Day

• Attend Graduation Banquet.
• Arrive at Processional line-up location, if you are marching.
• Have family and guests be seated by 30 minutes prior to start of Commencement.
• Attend Convocation and pick up your diploma cover.
