English Transitional Center FreeTutoring
Tutoring in the ETC is free to students. The tutors are trained and paid by BYU-Idaho, so they are professional and dependable. Because of this, students can be confident that they will receive professional, quality help with their language needs.
In an effort to focus instruction and practice, six different learning modules are available.
These modules may be taken for credit (English 101) or non-credit (English 99). If you take them for credit, they will count as elective credits toward graduation. The modules are taught by an individual tutor in the ETC. The modules include the following:

Students may register for these modules any time during a semester by going to the ETC on the second floor of the McKay Library 290 (near the Reading Center).
